• As part of a 4-developer team, developed a new dealer portal using modern web development technologies including NuxtJS, REST, GraphQL and NodeJS.
• Designed and implemented a comprehensive product strategy for developing a new web-based dealer portal to integrate with the company’s new ERP software (Cyncly Insight) to support the company goal of 10x growth.
• Performed market research through customer interviews and user testing to validate new workflows and features resulting in 100% user acceptance during product demos.
• Worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that new features aligned with the product strategy and company goals.

• Mentored junior developers in development best practices.
• Mentored a junior user interface designer in establishing formal UI/UX design procedures and practices, incorporating A/B testing and wireframing to validate new features.
